Rua Coelho da Rocha,
considered the best street in Campo de Ourique, in one of Lisbon's most charismatic neighborhoods.
Known for its plethora of stores that make street commerce the main attraction of this neighborhood and why it is so sought after by young people, both Portuguese and foreign, due to its proximity to the Colégio Frances and the Colégio Salesianos. In the heart of a Lisbon whose neighborhood spirit has not ended, Rua Coelho da Rocha ends at the Campo de Ourique Market and garden.

This building is completely vacant. Consisting of:

-R\C with two stores, one of which is ready to let
-1st floor, remodeled in 2019, with 48m2 consisting of two bedrooms and a living room, kitchen and bathroom
-2nd floor, also 48m2, new window frames in 2019 but in need of refurbishment.
-Attic, used as storage for one of the stores which was actually the hairdresser of the illustrious Fernando Pessoa who lived in the building opposite and which is now his museum.

In 2017 it had a PIP approved for total remodeling and raising another floor to the same height as the building next door, but the project was not submitted to CML and the PIP lapsed.
